Guys,

If you have not heard I'm sitting here in the hospital with my wife waiting to have our first child(baby girl), excited and anxious, kinda like when you're clearing the inlet for a perfect offshore day, not knowing what will come of it.

Although the Rock'nRobin is ready to go for the tourney, she's gonna have to sit this one out(sorry Rich we'll get them next time). I guess you could say I'm in a bigger tournament, where the prize is a special little one! I would like to wish all the crews the best of luck. Don, Dave, and George have worked hard to put on a great event. Please support it by fishing hard and enjoying the prizes, food, and drink. Watch the weather had hook one for me, hope to see everyone Saturday night!!

-Mike

Congrats on the new arrival, and I know how it feels to have to sit this one out. Despite all attempts, the Volunteer is just not ready.

Way to go Winner!

I got the good news from Neal but I wanted to give you a little peace before I called. If your birth is/was anything like ours was you could use a little time with just you, mom & baby.

We're looking forward to meeting the little one soon!! You're going to be a great PAPA!~ Hope she can run the lines for us when we're old. fishing2.gif

Mike, Robin and Danielle fishing the 2008 Bluewater Classic. They make PFDs that small I think. Start her off on TLD 15s until her grip gets a little stronger, she'll be fine.
God Bless.

Thanks to all for the warm wishes, mom and baby are doing fine. Baby Danielle wishes tight lines to everyone and told me to tell Julie Ball that its only a matter of time! Good luck to all in the Classic.

Mike,

Congratulations! You think fishing is an epic journey...parenthood is even better. I am glad mom and Danielle are both healthy (can't ask for much more than that). Now, get her out fishing.
