Could someone give me directions to the hot ditch in The Elizabeth River?

It is right next to the I64 Highrise bridge in Chesapeake. There is a boat ramp at the dead end of Shipyard Rd ($10 I think!) from there you just go under the interstate and take a left. Hope this helps

after you leave the ramp..
If you take a left before the interstate there's a little cove.
on the left . It holds pretty fish .Try using live mullet under
a bobber 3"to 6"mullet 3 to 8 feet down. works for me smilie_fluester.gif

anywhere back in that area will have fish as long as your in the warmer water. but beware there is some shallow water up in there.

becareful at the cove, i believe its illegal to fish in there now.

If the marine police or game warden go up there you got a good chance at a ticket or just being told to leave. I have had friends end up with tickets for bing in there along with warnings. One went to court and lost others pre paid.
Those of us that expect to catch fish usauly do
