These links will provide clarification of the regulations related to charter operations, and ensure that all operators who carry even one hop-on "HO" for a fee holds in their possession a valid Coast Guard license. Right now the limit is one fish(bay and ocean) ? What's the size ? 31st changes to ocean only ?
I know , simple questions for a simple mind that's too lazy to read the epistle game and fish calls regs .

In the bay:
1 fish per person
18-28" or 34"+
until December 31st

In the ocean:
2 fish per person
28"+
until March 31st

Do not stop in bay with any ocean fish b/w 28-34" or 34"+ more than one per person.
