Coast Guard Clarification On Ride Sharing


Message from the Coast Guard regarding trip sharing:
These links will provide clarification of the regulations related to charter operations, and ensure that all operators who carry even one hop-on "HO" for a fee holds in their possession a valid Coast Guard license. man things seema little slow this year. last year at this time the birds were hitting the water like crazy. nice size fish were being caught everywhere. maybe its just me. please dont tell me that the good old days are gone. or did omega finally completely clean out the bay

Season is just running extremely late this year. Warm temps slowed the bait migration by I'd say nearly a month.

Yeah, Temps are way off. So far looks like the action is picking up, just about a month later than usual.

SHH! dont tell anyone,but the bite was going off today (thursday) about 2 miles off between the green can and the ramada. we were running a white daist chain that was getting hit before the rod was put back into the holder. picked the first fish up at 330, by 450 had caught 9 fish. 8 on the chain 24"-33", all released, and 1 41" on a chartruese tomic split off a mojo currently being digested. heard reports of others having the same luck all the way down to rudee.
