if anyone here has the same problem I have tomorrow (i.e., a job,) and you want to take an occasional peek at what is happening to all those less fortunate than us, (i.e. people fishing), then you might try www.surfline.com, select east coast, virginia, 1st or croatan. . . . There is a streaming live camera set up there that gives a 10 to 15 second live picture of the jetty on both the north and southside . I kept an eye on it today but did not see too many boats fishing near the jetty nor on the horizon. it might make the day a little less miserable. don't forget to clear your history and dump your cache just in case your boss doesnt fish.

i am not sure but in the afternoon (after 2 pm) you might be able to see the results as they change at www.midatlanticrockfishshootout.com

not sure how often they will update but they posted today's pretty quickly.

thx. what i meant about surfline.com is you can see the ocean live and watch the boats sail by. but i'll check the rock tournament homepage too.

I looked at the web site for the tourney tonight. there is a nice picture of the first place day 1 weigh-in fish... 3 COWS! bow.gif
