When I worked on the Ocean City charter boats a few years ago, we would chunk like that behind the scallop boats. When they hauled back that was the time to get in right behind them and toss 2 lines over. 90% of the time would be a double with the fish on average of 100lbs. We did pull a few in the 200lb range and lost many. One fish we could not stop on an 80 with full drag as it ran under the scallop boat and cut the line. That was the most fun I have ever had catching bluefin.
