I went out friday night out in the bay and caught my limit on stripers. biggest was only 20 inches but it was tons of fun. One thing i noticed is that these spring stripers fight much harder then they do in the winter. Did do some croaker fishing once the bite turned off and croakers were hittin about every cast. Another thing i saw were huge SKATES all over the place i hooked a nice one and thought it was a really nice rockfish but turned out to be a three foot wide skate... sad.gif caught most of the fish on storms and they were hittin right at the edge of the light line. Overall was a great trip.

Actually believe it or not a friend of mine lives on a point out on the york river and has these huge lights hovering the water on his dock which attracts all kind of bait fish from the ones with the pointy nose to the smallest of bait fish and the stripers were nailing them in the light and they were just having a feeding frenzy and the tide was just right and i even got a couple to bite topwater which is always fun!!!!
