Some of you know i just bought a floor model Leaning post off of ebay. It is a taco Premium Leaning post with backrest. It was Brand new, Still in the box and wrapped when i bought it. i paid $550.00 ( $1300.00 retail ) . I noticed that the Vinyl was thin on the seat and i actually had a rip in it after a few uses. I thought i was screwed because i bought it off ebay. I called Taco and the warranty Guy told me they had a problem with some thin vinyl a few years back and that i should send him a copy of my bill of sale. This was Monday, Today i received a brand new seat with Tough Marine grade vinyl and a awesome Taco Shirt free of charge. These guys really stood by their products and did not have to warranty anything. Just thought i would pass that along. YAY TACO !

Ive had the same experiance with taco. I bought a used set of taco outriggers. When I recieve them in the mail, they were broken. I contacted taco and asked if I could buy the broken part, even though they were used, they told me to ship them back and they would repair the outrigger and also upgrade the hardware.

Ive also had similar experiance with perko and bennet trim tabs.

Buddy, look up taco's web page and contact their customer service.
