Headed out to Cape Henry and fished to the Ramada from 8 a.m. to noon. Birds were hitting the water but not much in the way of bait. I got skunked and did not see anyone else bring any fish up. The reports were also slow. The wind picked up and we headed in. Hope someone else found them.

I heard the bait and fish were around the 3rd island, but of course, we weren't there so I don't know for sure. Did anyone find the bait and fish today?

Some friends fishing over there yesterday caught at least one 37 incher, maybe more, I'm not sure. But, they said it was slow and they felt fortunate to have the 37 inch fish when I talked to them. Said there were many boats out there early, but most left fishless around noon.

I was ou there by CH as well with no luck. This was prior to and including the SW blow up........ decided to head back and maybe catch a football game. As I approached the small boat channel south of the 1st island a saw birds working the water and decided to give it a shot. Trolled thru them with just one pass. SLAMMmm 2 fish on the same stretch, a 23 and 26 incher. Released both fish and called it a day. Made the trip complete
