I have two small external speakers with a small sub-woofer attached to my laptop in my office..... Music emanates at a very low volume, all the time.............even when the computer is off !

anyone else have this phenomenon, and / or an explanation......?

Sounds like a Greatful Dead concert creeping back up on you. Drink plenty of mineral water and stay out of the sunlight for a few days.

You need to go back to drinking full flavored beer. They gay stuff you drink now is not firing in all cylinders.

Anyway if the beer does not help, then

Great link Dan, but John's computer is unplugged. And it only plays "I am the Walrus". Backwards.

This is what i was thinking...ive seen it before, of all places my church. right next to my church is Chesapeake's public school's vo-tech center (or what ever they call it). They at one time had a radio station that transmitted from the building that was less then a mile away from my church. so sunday morning when the whole sanctuary was quiet during a prayer, you could hear music faintly coming out of the speakers...thank god it was classical music...hahaha

so John, aside from everyone says, i dont believe your crazy biggrin.gif

John,
If your speakers plug into the wall with a three prong plug, get an adaptor to make it a two prong plug. That sometimes will cure the interference problem. What happens is that the wires will actually act like an antennae and will sometimes pick up radio stations. I have the same problem at our church and that will solve it most of the time, except ours is a rap station!! sad.gif

When I drink my moonshine I have the exact same problem. I don't get it either.

Let's go fishing
