Coast Guard Clarification On Ride Sharing

Message from the Coast Guard regarding trip sharing: These links will provide clarification of the regulations related to charter operations, and ensure that all operators who carry even one hop-on "HO" for a fee holds in their possession a valid Coast Guard license. Will this push the gulf warm water in and bring the mahi with it? Still new to the game and worked luck so far. Any help on this would be great. I'll be down with family exercising blues and sp macks on the ocean front, looking for some pullage from an AJ and a possible offshore with a great weather forcast and a buddy boat. Would love to pitch in if any openings come up on other boats. Thanks, Todd

Thanks, I've got you plugged in phone. Last year on our first trip down with the boat, this sat pic will sum it up. Site cast, hooked up and broke off a nice mahi 10' from boat on 50# leader. Fish took my cobia jig tipped with squid at the boat. This all happened at the fish haven ENE of the inlet. Can't wait!
