Coast Guard Clarification On Ride Sharing


Message from the Coast Guard regarding trip sharing:
These links will provide clarification of the regulations related to charter operations, and ensure that all operators who carry even one hop-on "HO" for a fee holds in their possession a valid Coast Guard license. WENT TO THE FOURTH ISLAND TODAY. SET UP ABOUT 7:30, OCEAN SIDE. FISHED FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS. WE LOST 2 SPADES LANDED 2 NICE ONES 5 1/2 AND 4 1/2 LBS. MY SON LANDED A BLACK DRUM APPROX. 25 LBS. WHAT A FIGHT. HAD A NICE DAY. GOING BACK TOMORROW.

Where you near the rocks, the pillars or over the tunnel? I am new to fishing here and want to know! Grats on the spades!

Also were you using a bober rig or just floating the clam? Did you sight fish them or just anchor/drift and wait for a bite?
