I am considering fishing for flounder, drum, striper, trout, croaker and any other 'pullage' at the CBBT leaving from Rudee on Sat. early AM. The weather reads as follows:


SAT
NW WINDS 10 TO 15 KT...BECOMING N 10 KT IN THE AFTERNOON.
WAVES 2 FT. A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND TSTMS IN THE MORNING.

SAT NIGHT
SE WINDS 5 TO 10 KT...BECOMING SW AFTER MIDNIGHT. WAVES
1 FOOT...WAVES 2 FT AT THE MOUTH OF THE BAY


I am taking my father who is a very healthy 86 year old and we are in a 22 foot cuddy cabin.

Would appreciate help interpreting this weather report in terms of ride.

It sounds like Sunday is going to be a much better day. Light winds out of the West and Southwest according to the forecast I looked at. It should be like glass if that is the case.
