Left the port or Oyster around 9:30 and headed towards the 26 mile hill..puller across it and picked up bonita, not much else happening so headed a little south east of the crotch and picked up 3 big mahi's and lost another after a short hook up. Then we ran south to the norfolk around 4pm and werent real impressed with the water temps there pulled baits for awhile and ran further south looking for warmer water...only kept getting colder. Wer picked up the baits and headed back to a spot 17 miles north west of the canyon and worked that with not a hook-up. Lots of bait inshore of the canyon. We ran to Lumpy bottom for the night to try an get some Bluefin but werent blessed with any..only a couple shark bite offs. Great night weather wise...till next time keep slinging bait. Dale
