I was out there this past Thursday. No luck. Just a bunch of sharks. The water was a bit murky at the time.

As long as you do not have anything else to do - It is always (this time of year) worth a try at bluefish rock - get there early when they are nice and hungry.

I myself was out there this past Friday with no luck! Had every bait to throw at them, fresh bunker, eels, bluefish, croaker, fresh chum, etc, NADA!!! Got there early and stayed till 4pm. Only caught sharks and rays, the conditions were perfect but there were no takers! Hope you have better luck then what we did, good luck
