Coast Guard Clarification On Ride Sharing

Message from the Coast Guard regarding trip sharing: These links will provide clarification of the regulations related to charter operations, and ensure that all operators who carry even one hop-on "HO" for a fee holds in their possession a valid Coast Guard license. Like said above there are also some mighty mean bull sharks to be had as well. We caught a couple of bulls week before last off Lynnhaven while drifting for flounder... Definitely sharks with an attitude... Nice pic... One of my buddies, Kelly Capps holds the record for the largest Sand Tiger, 339 lbs caught in a DEEP hole near Cape Charles back in 1983. I think VBSF sponsor Captain Craig Paige still holds the record for the biggest Bull Shark, 256 lbs! I did do a Google search on both. Although not visible in the picture, the stripes you saw sound like those on a "true" Tiger.
