Here it goes only 3 tile fish per person per day to include a 1 Snowy Grouper and/or Golden Tile.

Someone on another site thought we were not part of the South Atlantic, but it goes to Delaware I believe.

Kev,
"The Northeast Region administers NOAA's programs in the Northeastern United States to manage living marine resources for optimum use. It represents the Assistant Administrator for Fisheries with other Federal, state, and private conservation agencies; commercial and recreational fishing industries and interests; consumers; other constituents; and the general public for the eastern coastal states of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina; and the inland western states of Vermont, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia."
The actual water boundaries may be different and NC is listed by both Regions, but VA is Northeast.

Even though we are listed in the Northeast region, the SFMC(southeast fisheries) are responsible for tiles, groupers, mahi, and wahoo. We have to answer to them on fish they are responsile for. Capt. Steve W., Capt. Jim B., Capt. Skip F. and myself have attended several meetings and written letters on the subject. If they say we have to change, we can fight it, but we will lose. Of coure there is no science to their decisions, but we are stuck with it.
Capt. Tim
