Hey, im going to the Outer Banks this weekend firday-monday. Going fishing in the surf and pier. Are the reds in down there? Any tips guesses on whats biting down there or what i could expect would be great help thanks.

went 2 weeks ago. Lots of finger mullet in the water. Did not catch anything big, many taylor blues and small speckled trout. I should be going Saturday either Avalon Peir or Origan Inlet.

Thanks a bunch shocker pops. Wata catchem on? Casting=blues? Bottom=trout?

caught everything on the finger mullet on the bottom. I caught some small flounder casting a bucktail.
