I know everyone is chomping at the bit to get back out in a few days. Please keep in mind all the DEBRIS that is floating around out there. Pylons, decking, tree's, telephone poles etc etc are definately out there floating just waiting to nail your boat. Especially those of us who fish at night. Be careful and try to have a full time lookout when motoring to your favorite fishing spot..Be safe.....

Good advise, I have watched 100 foot trees plowing down the Potomac at 3-6 knots after heavy storms washed them over the banks and into the river. Many pylons, and yard debris will be coming down the rivers from as far away as 150 miles over the next 2-3 weeks, so be cautious and safe. ph34r.gif

saw pilons floating in the surf off sand bridge today. Lynnhaven was the worse, the dredge pipes are all over the place along with pieces of the lynnhaven pier. also the channel going to the crab creek side boat ramp has changed dramtically....if its even there.

Poor timing on the dredge operation in Lynnhaven how unlucky. From what i saw today at Rudee, there looked to be a lot of sandbars to the south of the jetty.
