Can you spear fish the concrete ships at Kiptopeke state park? Has anyone done it?
Thanks!

I'd love to try, but you never know, If I'd just get a warning I'd be OK with it, but I can't afford a fine

I've gone down with scuba there before off of a boat. The biggest issues are the lack of visibility and current. I would not recommend swimming from shore at all, too risky with the current and boat traffic. That might be a legal issue with the park as well. Spearing from a boat is fine as far as I know.
