Last night, I tried spreading melted butter on the steaks then adding lemon pepper and grilling it and it was very good.

What are your favorites?

Marinate: Cobia steaks in Zip-lock bag w/ Wishbone Italian Dressing. 3-4 hrs. (min)

Grill to perfection.

Add cold beverage afterwards!!!

take a large cobia fillet and slice it like you would a boneless pork loin to get boneless chops..... cut 1/2 inch thick.... fry in house autry for 3-4 minutes.... serve with lemon juice & cold miller light....

Sounds good except for the Miller Lite, I'd have to go with a Anhueser-Busch product. biggrin.gif
