i am heading out this friday fo a cobe but have a couple of buds on a couple different boats targetting spades over the last couple of days. chumming clam puree seems to be bringing up both spades and sheepshead on all islands inland of the tide. i would be targetting those myself if it wasn't the first time life has allowed me out this sum
mer. best believe their will be a buschell of clams o/b in case. nonetheless you will draw either of the two previously mentioned with patience, location, and plenty of clams. imho sheepshead aren't such a bad trade off to spades....dinner wise. good luck to you...
