Message from the Coast Guard regarding trip sharing:
These links will provide clarification of the regulations related to charter operations, and ensure that all operators who carry even one hop-on "HO" for a fee holds in their possession a valid Coast Guard license. I was coming back across the cbbt yesterday afternoon I cant tell you how many boats were out aroung 2nd island , What is all the action that i was so unlucky to miss out on ?? This has not been a good year for me to keep up with something I enjoy so much Thanks any info

you weren't missing much. Limits of oyster toads and sharks with an illegal flounder and an even less frequent legal one.
