Any truth to the well-informed rumor about a major shakeup in Virginia CCA? What have YOU heard?

I received an e mail that said Richard Welton had resigned as exec director to pursue other interests.

I heard the same. Something to do with nets and a commercial fish market.
Interesting to say the least.........

simce this is the rumor mill-it is my understanding that dimitri bought out lynnhaven seafood and the pound netter operation and has i guess hired welton to run the places-

lol, i guess dimitri needs to only buy chix now (bubba's 2?) and he will own the whole enchalata from the pilots to the city marina- talk about cornering the market- literally

I hate to say but I wish he had bought the Duck Inn so there would be more condos built. The last thing we need is more condos on shore drive.
