Well its that time of year for vacation, and when every family member you thought you would only see at christmas, has fould there way in to your vacation .

Make sure that you get your N.C. fishing lic. $30 per person on the boat.

Some of the spanish mackeral, flounder, and other inshore species stay easily within distance of your boat. Just check the weather before going and i hope it works out for you. Have a good trip

I was in corolla last week.do not waste your time surf fishing.I did not see one fish caught all week.

I WOULD WATCH THE WEATHER AS STATED EARLIER, BUT OREGON INLET IS THE ONLY REAL OPTION. FISHING ALONG THE BEACHES IS GOOD FOR SPANISH OR KINGS RIGHT NOW AND MAYBE A STRAY COBIA (KEEP A BUCKTAIL HANDY). INSIDE THE INLET, SMALL BLACK DRUM, SHEEPS AND STRIPERS CAN BE TAKEN OFF THE BRIDGE. FURTHER INSIDE, DRIFTING FOR FLOOUNDER AND CRAOKER/SPOT IS AN OPTION. IF THE WEATHER IS PERFECT, NO SWELL WHEN RE-ENTERING, YOU CAN VENTURE OFFSHORE A LITTLE AND MAYBE FIND A WEEDLINE AND SOME DOLPHIN. AROUND THE MARSHES THERE ARE SOME PUPPY DRUM, BUT NOT REAL THICK USUALLY THIS TIME OF YEAR.

It has been 4 weeks but im sure the AJ`s are stil at A-145 or go out to one of the toweres we got aj and trigger at the 145 wreck its marked as a man made reef I think its 3 ships. The closest tower is I beleve the name is G tower about 17-18 miles out on a good day no problem.
