going striper fishing sat out of rudy inlet does anybody know where thay are running. please any advice would be nice thanks

Anywhere up and down the ocean...from Jockey's Ridge in Nags Head on Wednesday, I saw a huge group of birds working only a couple hundred yards straight off with 2 boats in the area. I'm looking to find some a little closer than that running out of lynnhaven.

I got a report that they were at Sandbridge on Wednesday but I can't say for sure. I can tell you that they were about four miles from Rudee on Sunday. Radar is a wonderful thing, especially when you see everybody heading south!

Currently I'm in San Diego for an inspection but I'm keeping tabs on where the fish are biting. I do have a question though. Where is fisherman's Island located? Is it south of Rudee?

Fisherman's island is at the southern most tip of the Eastern Shore, northside of the bay.

no luck sat weather nasty wind no good well maybe next sat.

Friday was better weatherwise...but it seemed the birds didn't even know which direction to go.

well went on out again sat looking for them stripers nice day good weather but zero fish the hole day we ran from rudey all the way to duck pier no luck at all marked little bait few fish but in the end notta. so we tried in front of va beach by the green can lotta boats but notta. seen a whale well theres my sat hope somebody cought one . if so please let me know thanks
