I have a question I know you guys can answer. I am getting ready to start inshore and offshore charters in the outer banks. "part-time" My question is does you standard boat insurance cover this and do coastgaurd safety regs change.

Do you have a Capt. license OUPV 6 pack.?Insurance is more your 1st year but still pretty costly from then on.Regular insurance wont cover a charter operation.

There is a long list of additional costs/considerations for Charter. I'm running "part-time" in Virginia Beach and would be glad to discuss my perspective with you.
