I went fishing this past weekend and had some luck. First, we ran into a school of stipers and blues and caught about 25 all together throwing bucktails and plugs on Saturday. Then, on sunday we went trolling and caught a 28 inch rockfish! Great start after 2 and a half months off of fishing!!

Where were you fishing at Chesapeake Bay or Potomac? Congradulations getting back into fishing... 28" rock is the way to start the season.

Went fishing on the Chesapeake near the Bay Bridge. yea, hopefully i can catch some more nice size stripers!!

Were the 25 fish caught on Saturday all bluefish on undersized rockfish?
