How would you like to be out in this.

E of 73w...N to NE winds 35 to 45 kt...except E portion 45 to 55 kt...becoming N and diminishing to 20 to 30 kt late. Seas 18 to 24 ft early...subsiding to 14 to 20 ft late. W of 73w...N to NE winds 30 to 40 kt...highest E of 1000 FM...diminishing to 15 to 25 kt late. Seas 12 to 16 ft...highest E.

do you think we would need heavier lures?

the southport handled those 8-10's for the VBSF without a problem. 14fters should only begin getting sporty. Best of luck if you make it out
