Full Version: One Last Shot - Offshore Sunday

I'm going to give it one last shot out of VB Sunday if the forecast doesn't get any worse. Going to toss on the striper gear too in case we can't make it out. Leaving Saltponds in Hampton around 4 am, will take it easy going out and hopefully find some fish and head back before the winds pick up again. Got the curtains up all around and plan to run the heat (I'm a wimp). Need a few more crew if anyone is interested, give me a shout: 757-329-5137.

Where do you think you are going to run? It looks like there is some good water a little south of the Cigar. Any chance you want to buddy up with me, i.e. 2 boats. I have a 27ft. Hydra. I am at Sunset, but I was thinking of running the boat to Rudee. Thanks.

Yea here is my result from last Sunday.
That water behind the cigar looks like it is pushing out. Probably going to break out my striper gear for this weekend.
