Fished from 7:30 AM to 1PM yesterday between 4th island and High Level bridge. With SW wind it was a little choppy that far over on the bay. Fish were tightly grouped and for the most part were right on the pilings. Very little bait was visible on fish finder. Relased 25 Rock from 22 inches to 31 inches. Lost one larger fish on the shoals in 15 feet of water. Probably mid 30 inch fish, not a monster. Most all fish caught right next to pillings in 40 feet of water or better, on 2 oz heads and plastic.
