Heading out with a buddy on his boat on Sunday in the am. Its only an 18' so any guidance for where there may be some bigger stripers would be geatly appreciated. We will be putting out of Lynnhaven and starting around the Lesner bridge but would like to target some bigger cow bass if possible. Also any tog reports? Is there a closed season on them or can we try for them as well and chuck some more meat in the freezer? Thanks for any and all comments & hints.

Go to the ES for the bigguns. They are also catching nice ones trolling the oceanfront around Cape Henry.

18' is gonna be tough, its supposed to be windy
if your looking for big ones, definetly trailer across and launch from the eastern shore then the concrete ships and the high rise wont be that far, especially if its a east wind, the ES will block some of it. take some eels and hold on. if the big ones are there, you will catch them
