Pulled the Egg Harbor out of the Oyster harbor and headed out looking for Life outside the inlet..water was cold 39degrees in places...ran south looking for life..water warmed up some. Marked lots of fish but the bite was tough...we managed one nice sized keeper on a live eel. Weather was great liitle choppy in the am but smoothed out nicely. great day on water. Dale

Did you strickly eel or did you try trolling at all? Sounds like you have the perfect boat to play the winter game. Love those Egg Harbors. Damn fine boats!!!!

Yes...we trolled also with not a strike. Yes, the egg is a fine boat..not gonna win a race but you have got something under your feet.
