sunday was certainly disappointing day of fishing..slow bite to no bite not to mention the howling wind and rough water...hooked 1 menhaden on a r@w stretch, no stripper not even a knock down other than wave pulling a clip off on occasion....monday much better...calm seas in the morning hours and favorable winds from south made for a good bite..picked six off flat north of 3-mile elbow between 8 and 10 am. many others catching also...reports of some large fish being caught throughout the day...wind picked back up in the afternoon..got rough again...a good day however....good luck and good fishing.....
