Looking at all the wave prediction sites....Is it just my wishfull thinking or does it look like there may be a possible window for Monday 4-14?? Obviously realize it is still a long way off considering conditions change by the hour but heck...just looking for something positive at this point.....Need to have something to look foward to in order to be let down...

Let me know what you guys see...or is it just me being overly optimistic..??

See that as well.... Sunday calls for a strong west wind (20-25 knots).... Not getting my hope ups. Hopefully it shapes up next week for the 19th/20th. I want to fish sometime in April. Yard work SUCKS!

There is a very deep low forming over Ohio by Friday. As it moves east it is going to blow some more, so this weekend is not going to work in my opinion. Next week, there is a broad front behind the low, which will bring some more wind and a direction shift as it passes. After that, things begin to look more settled. I'd venture that by the end of the week (Thur or Fri.) we may have a shot.

But this is really long-range and lots of stuff could change it. Anyway in the near term - continue with the Woody Wax and drinking beer.

NOAA says 20-25 out of the NW. Doesn't sound too good.
