We fished east of the 230 rocks in some nice temp breaks, but from what were heard we weren't east enough, ended the day with 5 bailers. After we met up with My Baby Ruth we headed to the 230 rocks and started jigging. We at least got some pullage on AJ's and and a few blues. It was great working with all the boats from the board... We had Colt (firefighting fisherman) on board, had a great time....

Our prayers goes out to the Sherrill family and friends. We just met him at Teach's before heading out.... God Bless him and his family.

Good job Mike and Phil! Not the tuna steaks but at least you found some pullage. After talking with you, we decided wasn't worth running any further south than we already had and opted to run the temp break back north. Worked it all the way back up to the point then decided to work in shallower hoping to find a Wahoo. No luck. One knock down all day with ALOT of water covered. Beautiful afternoon in blue 79 deg water though. Guess it's still early and our turns will come. Glad you all had a safe trip home.

How did those reels work for you? You gave it a good try but there is always next time. Scott and I didn't fair much better but at least it was a great day to be on the water.
