Just a question .I have heard about bouy 13 but i don't have any idea where it at .Can somebody help me?thanks
It is the green bouy just a few miles bayside of the highrise of the CBBT. It is between the latimar and 9ft shoals. This time a year it is clearly seen by the boat anchored around it.

More like you CANT see the bouy for all the boats around it
