Are the striper still biting at the 3rd and 4th islands?

They are there and if you use live bait you should be good. Watch for the marks and the drop and reel. We pulled just short of limit yesterday.

Try live spot croaker on a 6/o or 7/0 gamakatsu octupus and cast to the rocks late in the day. Shad bodies also work well for us, as do windcheaters. Good Luck !!!
