does anyone know how much warmer the water has to be for the spade bite to heat up? I cant wait, hopefully i'll get into a couple of citations. last time i was out the water was 70 to almost 72 degrees.

We were out at the tower yesterday and the water was jumpin between 68 and 71

not sure how much longer.. i remember looking at the temp while on my buddies boat out there today and it said 68 degrees. bite was slow. spotty throughout the morning to noon hours. managed to boat 5 all good size. however noticed everyone sptting up jellyfish. im hopeing thats not a sign of a bad season to come.
