Im hoping to go fishing early Friday morning. I'm not sure if we will be targeting Cobia or Spades but at some point we might end up at the Thimble Shoals Light. Obviously there is a ton of commercial traffic out there. If Im outside the channel and a miltary vessel comes through can I remain anchored or am I obligated to make contact and stay put?

So really I have three issues:

1. I apologize in advance if I posted this in the wrong area.

2. Is anyone having any luck at the Thimble Shoals Light for Cobia or Spades?

3. What do I need to do to stay out of the way of the big boys?
