Buoy "16" is 37* 09.05' N 076*01.0w (red nun buoy) It's about 1.5nm from the concrete Breakwater ships at Kiptopeke State Park and is located in 21'mlw about midway between Cabbage Patch and Latimer shoal. It's a hot blk drum spot this time of year and is a great place to ride out those sudden NE winds., good luck, Jim
