got on the road @ 7.00 am hit cbbt 2 island around 8.30 flounder fished for 2 hrs nothing !!!!boats around us getting a few keepers around 20 inches . then we try fish for spades around back island !!!! nothing but sea bass taking our bait !!! then tony tryed some spear fishing , with in 5 minutes he located a school of spades !!!!!! we try t fish for them , but they would not bite !!!!!!!!! lucky we were able to spear 1 fish before the va beach police give us a ticket for expire flare !!! 3 weeks out of date !!!!! decided to flounder again tide getting just right ,manage to a few only 1 of legal size 20 inches !!!!!!! then the tide went slack , we were trying for a shoot on a few sheep head, working close to piling ,catching only sea bass on fiddler crabs , then this boat pull up 2 divers jump in the water and start pulling out sheephead 10 to 15 pounds with there spearsuns !!!!!!! after 20 minutes they had 20 sheepheads we found out they were in 30 feet of water spearing them !!!!!!! we try to land a few the with no luck !!!! then we tryed to free dive and shoot one but the tide started to run again !!! we did see them schooling around 25 to 30 feet of water / next weekend we are going to try again to spear some, since they dont bite the hook !!!!!!!headed back to the dock , got there and at the fish cleaning table we got to see a bunch huge flounders about 15 or soo around 4 to maybe 7 pounds !!! ask were they were caught ???? the 5 th island the man said !!! the fish always bite good there !!!!!!!!!!!!! hoping for some nice weather next weekend !!!!! try it all over again !!! with maybe some luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

where were you on the 2nd isle ocean side or bayside were you at the pilings or the rocks
just got into spearfishing wanna shoot some sheeps

sheephead are in the piling from the 2nd 3rd , the rocks are a good place for spades about 30 to 40 feet from shore !!!!! tony saw over a 100 in no more than 6 feet of water !!!!!! you have to go the side of the that has no current depending on the tide , in coming , bay side , out going , ocean side . hit me up om channel 68 , if you go this weekend !! we will be out there !!!!!!!!!!!

did you shoot the cobia at the tower or the bridge im guessing the bridge

shot the cobia on the way out channel can about 3 miles on the way clt !!! didnt get out to clt this past weekend !! working on the boat !! trying to go around wed or so !!!!
