Congrats on the mahi Mike! I remember running out under a string of clouds last summer that was dropping waterspouts like crazy. Very few made it all the way to the surface, but it was pretty cool to see. Thanks for the report!

Sorry I missed you leaving HI. We left on Friday the day before you left and did the same trip, stopped at Dimond Sholes Lt for an amberjack but the current was pushing way to hard. Ran north of the point to somewhere around the 620 in 50fm found the fleet pulled off a nice yf or 2 and marched on north. Tons of marks maybe bluefins on the machine. Not a bit. around the 710 68fa had a white sale in. I had my 12yr old pull him to the boat on a small stand up 30. Great fight for him! Ran back to Hampton where we are now.
What are your plans now?

Have Rob stop by at bluewater sometime we are on D dock next to the parking lot. Boat is a 45 Viking Seaduction.
