I am new to the forum, and area and I am looking to get into some Striper. I know this isnt the ideal season but I was hoping to be pointed in the right direction. My boat is in the Upper Chesapeake in the Middle River Area. The Chesapeake is completely new water to me, so any information on spots and techniques would be great. I hope I can be of assitance along the way, I look forward to getting to know you and the waters.

Try plugging at pooles island on the south side & north side. My favorite spot is on the eastern side next to sandy beach about 400 yards south of north side. In the early mornings or last hour of light in evenings. make sure you have a hard running tide.
