Which do you folks who are experienced, like better at night: Amoco Oil Rig or the Coleman Bridge. They are rather close to each other....I can go to either this Thursday night.

Also, I saw one other post that the best time starts at midnight. Is there ever any; good night fishing by 10 p.m.????

P.S. I will ALWAYS post my results to help others...as I did way below when I fished the Amoco Rig during daylight hours last week.

I don't much about the Amoco or Coleman, mostly fish the Cbbt, but the better fishing is at night. The time realy doesn't matter, thing you need to look at is what the tide is doing. You want the tide moving, I like out going better then in coming. Also less boat traffic is better. If you are looking for rock fish they will be all dinks, we need colder water.

3point,

I fish the Amoco pier at nights. I generally fish it on an outgoing tide. However, I have had luck on the incoming but the action isnt usually as "hot" as out going. I tend to fish it on glassy nights, as any wind generally makes it harder to stay in one place and make several casts. Last year and the year before by this time I was slaying them, schoolies only though. This year i have been once only because my black anchor broke the clutch dog in the LU, but its fixed and I will be out their soon enough. Maybe this weekend. Woot!

I cant say i have had much luck at the coleman.

good luck and tight lines
