Lots of big specks are being caught in Broad Bay, 4 to 6 pounds ….. The first 100 yards of the channel. Best bait seems to be 4" Gulp Swimming Mullet. Have been catching them for about three days.
Striper are around the Lessner Bridge …… 35"er caught last night.
Some real nice flounder are being caught in the river ….

Thanks for the report. Danged if I don't have a pack or two of them in the tackle box. Not sure were they came from but I will give them a try this weekend (weather permitting).

Andrew may be fishing there or the beach tonight, good tides for the Specks/Reds/ and Stripers 2008-10-31 23:20 EDT 1.83 feet High Tide just east of Lynnhaven Bridge on Duck Inn side. Might see you.
