With a recent schedule change at work night fishing will be hard to come by for me so I have been trying to catch Striper in the middle of the day using artificials. I fished HRBT from 2:30(1400hrs) until 5:00(1700hrs) and finally found them throwing a popper into the rocks at the island and working it back to the boat. I ended up with three dinks with one right at 18 inches.
