Im thinking about getting back into fishing, looking to start this month with striped bass.

If anyone has info on how to catch these fish let me know. I need times to go, where to go and what to use.

I seem to have "some" gear, not sure what or where any of it is.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I saw some serious bird action at the corner of Shore Dr. and
Old Great Neck Road.... As I passed by I marked some HUGE FISH!!
Looked like a couple guys were jigging up some 40 + fish..By the way,
one light was Green and the other was Red..Hope This Helps!!!!!

Blue and white/pink and white seawitches. Got to have some horse ballyhoo, they won't touch the small ones. First ten minutes of every hour, 70 miles due west of Rudee. Oh you will also need at least 6 zebco 404 combo's.

Welcome to the site! There are a plethera of helpful people on here... For the big stripers, you need to get yourself a few Zebco 202's for starters, a bag of split shot, and some fine Eagle Claw hooks (go to Wal-Mart, all the best stuff and great advice).

But most importantly, you're going to need a few buddies to fish with..........good luck with that one

Welcome aboard first off the place to catch all your big fish is out of rudee about 12miles contact Don I`m sure he find something for you to pull at 10 knots Johns right on the 202`s and remebers when that white boat with a orange stripe pulls up on you give them the finger and run like hell.

I know where you can purchase some West Virginia Fishing poles........Only use them in proximity of the OrangeStripe boat. They are sure to catch fish.

And don't forget the Magic Striper Dust! Just spread some over the surface of the water and WHAM! Instant Beehive! There must be stripers there because the birds'are goin' nutz! Looks a lot like a big bag of popcorn to me, but Uncle Bob would never lie to me. Would he?
