So there we were, on a mission from god!!!!! The mission at hand to get Mikes tuna fix and prove to Paul(dad) and Tim that more can be caught with a jig than a striper.
While Capt. Scott and his trusty 1st Mate Mark helped them lay a smack down on some striper, we were going to show them another side of jiggin.
Mike, Ted, Paul, Tim and I leave Broadcreek @ 0630, a little chop on the way out but easy to deal with. On scene @ 0800, let the jiggin begin. Mike drops the the first line in for a little instruction for dad and Tim, Bada Bing first drop and a little YFT. The fish just keep gettin it...fast and furious...and for awhile Mike said the deck looked like Manson's kitchen floor. Final tally 2 YFT, 2 amberjack, 3 sea bass, 4 blue fish, 4 black fin and 2 kings. Countless more YFT, BlueFT that were to small and had to go back for another day. Slick a$$ ride home and at the dock by 1630.
