Headed out of Rudee today around 1300. After fighting through the pack of retards at the boat ramp we made it out and headed towards the green can at about the 2 mile mark. There were a few birds working around the Ramada so we dropped the lines and started to troll. After about 15 minutes we picked up 3 little guys that went back. We trolled around with the other 5000 boats out there for about 3 hours with nothing else. We did mark a whole bunch of bait out there. Headed back to the boat ramp with the other 5000 boats when it started to rain. Managed no keepers but had a good time anyway. All fish were caught on a brand new stretch 25 that my 5 year old fishing buddy picked out that is green on the bottom and dark blue on the top.
Quick questions:
1. Why is it that people go across the grain when there are 50 boats going one direction? I guess there always has to be that one guy out there.
2. Why do people find it necessary to pull there boat to the top of the ramp and stop there truck and tie down the boat, pull the plug, and do all the other stuff that could be done out of the way? Why not pull out of the way so the ramp is not shut down until you get out of the way?
3. Is it really necessary to stop in the parking lot to tell sea stories and block all lanes of traffic?
4. How come when you are trolling people don't pay attention and can not hold a reasonably strait heading?
5. Lastly, how come everyone is in a huge hurry at the boat ramp and does nothing but argue and try to fight?
